Lyn, myself and our entire staff, wish you a wonderful, happy and successful 2008.We are privileged to be celebrating a couple of major events ourselves and as our best guests and friends we wish to share them with you.First and foremost I’m happy to report that Lyn has completed her treatments following a year’s battle involving surgery, chemotherapy and radiation. She looks fantastic and is doing really well, full of energy and a positive spirit. Thanks to the kindness of so many of you for sending her your good wishes, she has appreciated it enormously and looks forward to welcoming you all back in the future.2008 is our Silver Anniversary as Innkeepers here in Ye Olde England Inne. Phew!It is truly remarkable when we consider that 25 years have passed since we opened the doors of the Inne back in November 1983. We have made so many great friends.Many of you will remember those early days as we struggled with just about every challenge imaginable. Sometimes it seemed almost impossible to see the light, but with a sense of humour and so many fantastic guests we always emerged safe and secure.The weekend of October 31st and November the 1st the Inne has been reserved for Crown Club Members only. This will be our Crown Club Silver Anniversary Celebration Weekend. Reserve your weekend two night stay and join Lyn and I for the dinner party celebrations with our compliments. It will be a weekend of entertainment and lots of fun. Use your imagination and plan on bringing a costume. The theme is “The Best Of British”.
